Software-defined vehicles test challenges and future of automotive testing

Software-defined vehicles (SDVs) have enabled safety, comfort and sustainability that would have been impossible few years ago. The growing popularity of electric vehicles (EVs) and autonomous vehicles (AVs) has driven the sector to tackle complex testing requirements, from vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications to the cybersecurity of connected cars. Software-defined vehicles offer many benefits to consumers, but present new challenges for the automotive industry. Their complexity requires extensive design and testing to meet strict requirements and expectations for safety and reliability. This session focuses on new test architecture and solutions to empower automotive companies to advance their SDV innovations.
